Scope
This policy covers conviona.com and the forms on it. Information that our customers store in Conviona products (for example, member or financial records in Conviona Operations) is handled under the agreement we have with that customer, not this policy.
Information we collect
When you request a demo or an executive briefing, we collect the details you enter in the form:
- your name and email address
- your phone number, if you provide it
- your organization or company name, job title, sector or industry, and organization size
- anything you write in the message field
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of the request. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure.

We process your information because you asked us to (your consent, and steps you request before a possible agreement with us) and for our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running a secure website. We handle personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and other data protection laws that apply to you.

We share your information only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed:
- our website hosting provider, which runs the server that receives form submissions
- our email provider, which delivers and stores the emails about your request
Some of these providers may store data outside Nigeria. Where that happens, we rely on providers that apply appropriate safeguards. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you and manage any relationship that follows. We periodically review enquiries and delete those we no longer need. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
